1. Beta support
For TestFlight and prerelease support, use the in-app Support Center when available or email ruben.lazaro@clitecser.com.
2. What to include
To speed up support, include:
- platform and device model
- app version and build number
- language/locale
- clear reproduction steps
- screenshots or screen recordings if relevant
3. Local-first behavior
In free local mode, the app can help you prepare a support email, but cloud ticket sync may remain unavailable until backend features are enabled.
4. Security and legal issues
If the issue involves account security, privacy, or legal requests, clearly label that in the subject line so it can be triaged appropriately.
5. Response expectations
Response times vary by plan, environment, and issue severity. Beta support is provided on a best-effort basis.
