Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how MichiFinanzas handles data when you use the mobile app, web experiences, APIs, and related support channels.
2. Local-first mode and account requirement
MichiFinanzas uses authenticated accounts for the native iPhone experience, including email sign-up, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
After sign-in, core budgeting data may still remain local-first on your device by default, especially for free or tester flows that do not enable cloud sync.
3. Data processed by native SDKs
MichiFinanzas may rely on native platform SDKs and service providers for purchases, crash diagnostics, and advertising.
These providers may process device identifiers, app instance information, subscription state, limited diagnostics, or advertising-related signals according to their own policies, platform rules, and the permissions you grant.
4. Camera and photos
If you choose to scan receipts or attach existing images, MichiFinanzas may access the camera or selected photo library items for that action only.
5. Calendar and location
If you choose to sync recurring bills into your calendar, MichiFinanzas may request calendar access to create or update reminder events that you asked the app to manage.
If you choose to tag an expense with your current place, MichiFinanzas may request one-time location access while the app is in use to resolve a short human-readable place label. MichiFinanzas does not use background location tracking.
6. Cloud-enabled features
If you later enable sign-in, sync, support ticket sync, or other backend features, MichiFinanzas may transmit the data required to provide those services, secure the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
7. Sharing and disclosure
MichiFinanzas does not sell your personal financial data.
Data may be disclosed to infrastructure providers, payment and subscription processors, support tooling, or legal authorities when necessary to operate the service, enforce policies, protect users, or comply with law.
8. Retention
Local-only data remains on your device unless you export it, delete it, or later enable cloud features that sync it elsewhere.
Cloud-stored records are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal compliance, or account support.
9. Your choices
You can control permissions such as camera, photos, notifications, calendar, and location through your device and platform settings.
You can also stop using the app at any time and remove local data from your device.
